The China Industrial Internet Competition is divided into local competitions and national finals, which are held in two groups: the cutting-edge group and the leading group. Local competitions are led by local industrial and information departments and people's governments, and the winning enterprises produced by local competitions are selected for the national finals according to the allocated quota. The national finals are organized by the organizing committee of the competition.

Focus on the requirements of improving the competitiveness of product quality, solicit industrial Internet solutions to promote quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement, and carry out R & D design, manufacturing, after-sales service and whole-process quality control based on the platform. and the linkage of quality management upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to realize the dynamic identification, intelligent analysis and precise control of product life cycle quality management. 1. Sign up for the competition (up to October 22). The participating team will log on to the official website of the competition to register and submit the entries.

two。 Local competition stage (October-November 2023). The local competition shall adopt the method of step-by-step selection to produce the winning enterprises according to the direction of the competition questions, and the organization plan of each station shall be announced separately by the relevant organizational units. The organizing unit of the local competition shall, in strict accordance with the evaluation rules and standards formulated by the organizing committee of the competition, conduct the competition by the combination of online review, online road show and offline road show, and submit to the competition organizing committee the recommended list of the proposed national finals before the specified date. 3. National finals (December 2023). VI. Entry conditions

Units that meet the entry requirements voluntarily log on to the competition's official website (www.cii-contest.cn) to enter the competition. The deadline for registration and submission of entries is October 22, 2023. Participants must participate independently, can choose a station to participate in the competition, each project is limited to one direction of the competition. No fees will be charged to the participating units in the competition.

(1) Competition category

This year's competition will be divided into two groups: the cutting-edge group and the leading group. the competition will be held at each stage of the competition, and the category cannot be changed after the deadline for registration.

1. Qualification of the leading group: the participating unit shall meet any of the following conditions:

Software and information technology service providers: the number of employees is more than 300, or the revenue is more than 100 million yuan.

Industrial enterprises: the number of employees is more than 1000 or the revenue is more than 400 million yuan.

Central enterprise (group) and its subordinate companies.

two。 Entry qualification of the cutting-edge group: teams that do not meet the requirements of the leading group, including colleges and universities.

(2) requirements of contestants

The competition is open to the whole society, and all enterprises and institutions, institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes and other organizations can participate in the competition. The contestants shall meet the following conditions:

1. The participating units shall be enterprises and institutions with independent legal personality and shall participate in the competition independently. The participating unit may have multiple teams and projects to participate in the competition, but each team can only submit one project, the number of participants of each team shall not exceed 5, and each representative can only represent one team to participate in the competition. After the deadline for registration, the representatives cannot be changed.

two。 The participating team must and can only choose one station to participate in the competition, and must abide by the race requirements and arrangements of the station.

3. The participating team shall abide by the rules of the competition, register on the competition website, submit entries and relevant supporting materials, read and agree to the Service rules of the Fifth China Industrial Internet Competition and the commitment of the Fifth China Industrial Internet Competition. The participating team is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information. Once false information is found, the team will be disqualified. The name of the participating team must not contain uncivilized words.

4. The relevant organizational units of the local competition and their subsidiaries, subsidiaries, holding companies and parent companies are not allowed to participate in this competition, otherwise the entry results will be invalid.

5. Enterprises that are qualified for the national competition shall accept the due diligence of the station organizers or the organizing committee of the competition, and the teams that fail to pass the examination will be disqualified from the national competition.

(3) requirements for participating events

According to the competition project submission requirements, the participating team should submit the entry project and related materials on the competition website (www.cii-contest.cn), and ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the materials. Project submission shall meet the following conditions:

two。 The entry project must be the original project of the participating unit, and it does not infringe any other people's patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights, and must not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the state, otherwise the qualification and performance of the competition will be disqualified.

3. The first, second and third prize winners of the previous China Industrial Internet Competition will not participate in this competition.

4. During the local competition and the national finals, the participating teams can continue to promote the iterative upgrading of the project without changing the project name and main functions, and the project submitted for the last time in the competition schedule is the entry project.

5. During the judging period, the participating team shall submit the relevant materials of the project in accordance with the requirements of the organizing committee.

6. All submitted entries and related materials are non-refundable in principle.

(4) the submitted contents of the entries

All materials must be owned by the participating unit, and the use of parent company, branch / subsidiary, holding company or other non-participating unit materials is strictly prohibited, otherwise the qualification and performance will be disqualified.

VIII. Publicity and reporting

In line with the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness, the competition implements the system of publicity and reporting of award-winning projects.

The publicity scope and time of the winning projects: the projects that have won the first prize, the second prize and the third prize of the national finals will be publicized on the official website of the competition, with a publicity period of 30 days for supervision and comment from all walks of life. Teams that fail to pass the publicity will cancel the award and recover the award.

Reporting requirements: report to implement the real-name system, and to provide corresponding evidence, anonymous reporting is invalid. The report shall be accepted, verified and decided by the organizing committee of the competition.

In order to ensure the public welfare of the competition, national and local competitions are not allowed to charge any entry fees to the participating teams.
