On September 19, CTOnews.com, Genesis recently announced that it had sold more than 1 million vehicles worldwide. It is a subsidiary of South Korea's Hyundai Motor Group, mainly luxury cars, was founded in 2015, and launched its first model, the G90, in 2017.

CTOnews.com note: the company said the Genisse brand was originally sold only in South Korea and then expanded to 17 markets, including China, North America, Europe, Australia and Russia.

As of August 2023, Genisse released cumulative global sales figures of 1008804 vehicles, of which South Korea accounted for 690177 vehicles and other markets accounted for 318627.

It is worth noting that the brand reached a 500,000 sales milestone in May 2021, highlighting the significant progress the brand has made over the past two years.

In terms of models, Genisis's best-selling model is the G80, which sells 390738 vehicles, accounting for 39% of total sales; the brand's GV80 SUV sales are 173882; and GV70 SUV sales are 160965.
