It is reported that this is because ASUS and Samsung have not reached an agreement on patent licensing fees.

ASUS recently formed ASUS Technology Licensing and Innovative Acoustics Ltd., which owns all ASUS patents and is the subject of a lawsuit filed in the Eastern District Court of Texas.
