The respective shareholdings of the three companies have not yet been announced. Wu Kai, chief scientist of Ningde Times, revealed that Ningde era condensed batteries are engaged in the cooperative development of civil electric manned aircraft projects. The energy density of condensed battery can be up to 500 watt-hours / kg, which can take into account both high specific energy and high safety. For comparison, the current energy density of mainstream ternary lithium batteries is about 250 watt-hours / kg; the energy density of lithium iron phosphate batteries is basically 180 watt-hours / kg.
