According to the circular, marine fishing vessels equipped with Beidou on-board terminals are fully subsidized by the government; large and medium-sized marine fishing vessels equipped with "plug-in AIS" terminals are 80% (3040 yuan / set) of the purchase price of financial subsidy equipment, and 20% (760 yuan / set) of the equipment procurement price is borne by shipowners.

Specifically, the installation of large and medium-sized fishing vessels Beidou shipborne terminal and "plug-in AIS" terminal warranty for 5 years, small fishing vessels Beidou shipboard terminal warranty for 4 years; after equipment failure, fishing vessels need to be repaired in time, by the relevant construction units for free maintenance, can not be repaired free of charge for replacement. In addition, the installation of terminal equipment of fishing vessels will be linked to the inspection and certification of fishing vessels and the issuance of oil replenishment, and those who do not install terminal equipment within the specified time will be prohibited from leaving Hong Kong.
