In our work, the table we made in Excel may be transferred to Word, but you will find that if we copy it directly, the format of the table will change. Is there any good way to keep the format unchanged?

1, directly drag us to open Word and Excel software, select the table in Excel, then move the cursor to the edge, press and hold the "Ctrl" key, drag the form to the Word window.

In this way, the copied table will keep the source format unchanged.

Disadvantages: can only copy some relatively simple tables, slightly more complex tables are easy to deform.

3, maintain the format and can synchronize updates to copy the table in EXCEL, and then find a blank area on the right, "right"-"paste selectively"-"linked picture" (at this time, the form has been pasted into a picture that can be updated automatically).

Copy the range of the table area where the picture is located, and right-click in the WORD document-"Link and retain the source format".

When copying, be sure to copy the cells around the picture, not directly copy the picture!

Finally, let's take a look at the effect. The format is consistent and the data can be kept synchronized with the EXCEL table.

Advantages: consistent with the source table format, will not be deformed; table data synchronization; can also copy charts.

Disadvantages: the operation is complex and redundant tables will be copied.
