Microsoft recently updated the PowerToys Color Picker color picker again and made similar adjustments to better fit the Win11 style.

PowerToys Color Picker is a very useful color picker that supports HEX, RGB, HSL, HSV, and many other color formats. CTOnews.com note: users can call PowerToys Color Picker by pressing Win + Shift + C (almost all PowerToys shortcuts are customizable) and get the color from any pixel on the screen.

GitHub described in the PR request: "this time PR migrates ColorPicker from ModernWpf to WpfUI and introduces a new UX that is consistent with the Windows 11 design language."
