According to the statistics of the online ride-hailing supervision information interaction system, as of August 31, 2023, a total of 327 ride-hailing platform companies across the country have obtained the license to operate the online ride-hailing platform, an increase of 5 compared with the previous month.

A total of 605.9 car-hailing driver certificates and 257.1 vehicle transport certificates were issued in various localities, an increase of 1.4 per cent and 2.7 per cent respectively over the previous month.

The online ride-hailing supervision information interaction system received 824 million order information, up 0.5% from the previous month.

Among the top 10 platforms for order volume, the order compliance rate (refers to the proportion of orders licensed by both drivers and vehicles) from high to low are road travel, Ruqi travel, Caihua travel, timely car use, sunshine travel, Wanshun taxi hailing, T3 travel, Cao Cao travel, DiDi, Huazhu travel.

The top three order compliance rates in that month were Sunshine Travel, timely car use and Cao Cao Travel, followed by T3 Travel (0.9%), Wanshun car-hailing (0.6%) and DiDi (0.3%).

Among them, the platform for passengers and providing services jointly with ride-hailing platform companies (commonly known as "aggregation platform") completed 228 million units, down 1.7% from the previous month.

Among the major central cities, from high to low order compliance rates are Xiamen, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Haikou, Qingdao, Ningbo, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Zhengzhou, Fuzhou, Nanning, Tianjin, Nanjing, Hefei, Nanchang, Jinan, Taiyuan, Chengdu, Hohhot, Changsha, Xi'an, Changchun, Wuhan, Yinchuan, Xining, Harbin, Shijiazhuang, Shanghai, Shenyang, Kunming, Beijing, Dalian.

Among them, the order compliance rates of Xiamen, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Haikou, Qingdao, Ningbo, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Zhengzhou, Fuzhou, Nanning, Tianjin, Nanjing, Hefei, Nanchang, Jinan, Taiyuan and Chengdu are all above 80%.

The top three order compliance rates this month were Guiyang, Ningbo and Shijiazhuang, followed by Hefei (- 1.4%), Zhengzhou (- 2.6%) and Beijing (- 2.7%).
