What's new: this update introduces links to websites in the recommended area of the start menu. These websites will personalize you according to your browsing history. This gives you quick access to websites that are important to you. You can use the shortcut menu to remove any site URL from the recommendations section.

To turn off this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > start. You can adjust the settings for all suggested content on the start menu of this settings page. Business customers can use policies to manage this feature.

The updates of the two versions are basically the same. CTOnews.com attached the following improvements:

New features: this update further improves and promotes the related work of GB18030-2022. The characters entered by Microsoft Wubi and Microsoft Pinyin U-mode are removed and remapped in the new version, and all character code points are updated to the latest version.
