CTOnews.com September 12 news, recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the latest issue of the new car declaration catalogue exposed the real car map of the M9 large SUV. It is reported that the car will be officially unveiled in the fourth quarter of this year and is expected to sell for between 500,000 and 600,000 yuan.

According to previous news, the M9 will be produced in its own factory and equipped with Queen's co-driver, rear wheel steering and digital headlights. However, these news have not been officially confirmed by AITO, and the details are still waiting for official release.

CTOnews.com notes that from the declaration drawing, the M9 adopts a brand-new family design language, the front face is rounded, and the headlights and taillights are designed with through-going light strips. The front grille has a trapezoidal shape, the roof is equipped with lidar, and the front fender has a camera, which is expected to support high-level driving assistance.

The side lines of the M9 are smooth, and the door handle adopts a hidden design, which increases the scientific and technological sense of the whole vehicle. The EV version offers a two-color body option, with two 21-inch rims available depending on the configuration, with tire specifications of 265/45 R21 and 285/45 R21 respectively. In terms of body size, the length, width and height are 5230/1999/1800 mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3110 mm.

In terms of power, the M9 provides two sets of power systems. Among them, the pure electric version adopts a dual-motor layout, with the maximum power of the front motor of 160kW and the maximum power of the rear motor of 230kW; the extended-range hybrid model is equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 112kW, and the motor parameters are the same as those of the pure electric version. Both powertrains are equipped with ternary lithium battery packs, but it is unclear how much capacity and range they will have.

In terms of intelligent functions, the M9 will be equipped with Hongmeng 4.0 cockpit system, Huawei ADS advanced automatic driving assistance system, independent screen for the co-driver in the car, and laser projection equipment in the rear row.
