CTOnews.com September 12 news, Windows enthusiasts @PhantomOfEarth in Win11 Build 23541 preview version of the taskbar, found that the Windows Copilot icon enabled a new animation effect, currently not open to all Dev channel users, but can be enabled through ViveTool tool.

@PhantomOfEarth indicates that the animation seen in Win11 Build 23541 Preview is basically the same as the previous Win11 Build 2348x exposure, except that the icon can be enabled by both the left and right mouse buttons in Build 2348x, while only the left button is supported in Build 23541.

CTOnews.com users can enable the above new functions and new features through ViveTool tool:

1. Download the Vivetool from the GitHub page and unzip it to any folder, but remember the folder path (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\ViVeTool-v0.3.2)

2. Press Win key (or use mouse) to open Start menu, type "cmd" and select "With administrator privileges" to open command prompt

3. Use the cd command to jump to the ViveTool folder, e.g."cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ViVeTool-v0.3.2"

4. Then type vivetool /enable /id:44989684 and press Enter.

5. restart the computer
