Material: grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) according to the information currently available, it is confirmed that the titanium used in the iPhone 15 Pro model is grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), which is a titanium alloy composed of titanium and a small amount of aluminum and vanadium.

Grade 5 titanium is famous for its excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in aerospace, racing cars, prosthetics and other materials.

Apple has a history of using titanium from PowerBook G4 Titanium to Apple Watch Series 5 in 2001, and then to Apple Watch Ultra, Apple is gradually expanding the use of titanium in its products.

Using the changes brought about by the five-grade titanium drawing process after the Apple iPhone 15 Pro model is made of titanium, the mirror polishing of stainless steel is converted to wire drawing.

The challenge of using fifth-grade titanium Apple's iPhone 15 Pro model combined with the new drawing process has better fingerprint resistance and less visible scratches, but durability is still a problem.
