On September 8,2023, the launching ceremony for the construction of service facilities of Sichuan-Tibet South Line and Litang-Ading Highway and the on-site meeting of full-liquid cooling supercharging station in Daocheng Sangdui Service Area were successfully held in Sangdui Service Area, Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, marking that the first station of Sichuan-Tibet 318, the most beautiful landscape avenue in China, has been officially put into operation. In the future, the snowy plateau journey of "one kilometer per second, fighting for electricity to go to the world" will soon enter a new era of electric power.

National Highway 318 and Litang-Ading Highway are self-driving routes widely concerned by Chinese people, with a total length of 890 kilometers. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the scene of tram travel is becoming more and more common, and it is urgent to speed up the construction of high-quality charging infrastructure along Sichuan-Tibet route. In order to meet the needs of new energy owners for rapid charging and energy supplement during travel, the People's Government of Sichuan Province will join hands with Huawei Digital Energy and Huaxia Kunpeng Group to build high-quality and sustainable charging infrastructure with the goal of creating the world's most beautiful scenic road and a new landmark of international ecotourism. Among them, Sangdui, as the largest service area of this section and the entrance of Daocheng Ading Scenic Spot, has become the construction site of the first station of green all-liquid cooling supercharging, which is of great significance for building Sichuan key cultural tourism brand and cultural tourism corridor and promoting the high-quality development of green low-carbon advantageous industries.

By introducing Huawei's full-liquid-cooling supercharging of "one kilometer per second," owners can enjoy the experience of charging, charging quickly and charging well, solve the mileage anxiety of tram travel from Sichuan to Xizang, and build a national low-carbon highway benchmark line. The realization of "charging where there is a road" helps to create the most beautiful 318 low-carbon travel road and continuously improves the development of green tourism economy along the line.

The National Highway 318 Green Supercharged Corridor Project is jointly initiated by Sichuan Province and Tibet Autonomous Region, and is committed to building a national green low-carbon highway benchmark line along National Highway 318 Sichuan-Tibet. The People's Government of Sichuan Province and the Department of Transportation of Sichuan Province will build a "6+9" service facility system layout on the Sichuan-Tibet South Line and Litang-Aden Highway. Huawei Digital Energy will cooperate with Huaxia Kunpeng to build full-liquid cooling and supercharging stations in 18 service areas along the line to realize the experience of charging like refueling with "one kilometer per second."

The construction of green full-liquid cooling super-charging stations along Sichuan section of National Highway 318 and Litang-Aden Highway requires more than ten mountains with an altitude of more than 4000 meters, 5 of which are above 3000 meters above sea level, making the construction difficult the most in China. With the cooperation of all units, Huawei has accumulatively completed many on-site surveys and special meetings, completed the construction, equipment installation and opening of Sangdui full-liquid cooling supercharging station in one week, opened a new chapter of green travel in Sichuan section of National Highway 318 and Litang-Ading Highway, and realized charging where there are roads.
