The PAL-V Liberty uses a three-wheel design that can be transformed into a rotor aircraft by releasing the propeller and tail propeller during take-off. It is reported that the whole deformation process of the car takes about 10 minutes, and its maximum land speed can reach 160km/h, and its flight speed can reach 180km/h. In land mode, the maximum range is 1315km, and in flight mode, the maximum range is 500km.

PAL-V Liberty, the official website of Tu Yuan PAL-V, announced in 2017 that it received road certification in 2020 and is expected to deliver the first batch in 2024.
