According to Jibang Consulting, the production of the iPhone 15 series is about 80 million, an increase of 6% year-on-year, and Apple is expected to recover from Foxconn-related production problems last year.

The production of the iPhone 15 Pro series will be smoother, ending the "one machine" situation of the iPhone14 Pro series last year, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be equipped with periscope lenses, which is expected to attract more consumers and could boost the iPhone Pro series to account for more than 60 per cent of Apple's new device production.

However, Jibang Consulting also pointed out that Apple's total annual iPhone sales are likely to be hit by the overall market downturn and competitors such as Huawei, which is expected to hover between 220m and 225m units, down 5 per cent from a year earlier.

Finally, Jibang Consulting predicts that the pricing pattern of Apple's iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro will remain stable, basically in line with last year's data. The Pro Max model will be equipped with a "unique high-cost periscope lens", so the premium is expected to be as high as $100 to reflect its increased production costs. "if this price adjustment becomes a reality, it will be the first such move since the iPhone X era."
