Intel did not elaborate on how the problem occurred, but stressed that it had a "problem with the microcode updates it recently provided to OEM manufacturers", which led to "unsupported processor" errors on some processors.

At present, Intel has released new versions of microcode updates (0x11D and 0x411C) to solve such problems on the 13th generation processors with hybrid architecture, and then mainly rely on OEM to adapt and release the new version of BIOS firmware.
