The list shows that among the five photovoltaic companies, Longji Green Energy, Sunshine Power, Tongwei shares, Jingke Energy and TCL Central are in the top 10; there are 13 companies worth more than 100 billion yuan on the list, each located in 13 different cities; 89 enterprises are mainly engaged in new energy business, 11 enterprises are mainly engaged in traditional energy business; there are 11 enterprises headquartered in Shenzhen, 7 in Wuxi, 6 in Shanghai, Ningbo, Suzhou and 5 in Beijing.

In addition, the photovoltaic industry has the largest number of enterprises on the list, with 34, followed by the battery industry, with 29, the new energy vehicle industry with 12, the wind power industry and the energy metal industry with 7 each, the energy chemical industry and oil and gas with 4 each, and the coal industry with 3.

Hoogewerf pointed out that there are 84 listed companies on the list, represented by Ningde Times and BYD, and 16 unlisted companies represented by Honeycomb Energy and Vision Energy.

It should be noted that the "Chinese private enterprises" here refer to non-state-owned enterprises headquartered in China, and state-owned energy enterprises such as PetroChina and Sinopec are not included in the list.
