This summer, a total of 891 fresh graduates joined the Ant Group through school enrollment, of which 80% of the technical positions accounted for 86% of master's degree or above.

Over the past year, despite the challenges facing the Internet industry as a whole, the number of ant employees has maintained steady growth. According to the Ant Group Sustainability report, the number of new employees in 2022 was 4263, while the number of new employees hired on campus increased by more than 150% from last year.

"Science and technology drive has always been the core development concept of ants," Jing Xiandong also said at the meeting. "A new round of scientific and technological revolution is opening up a new world. Ants are actively embracing the intelligent era, and we will continue to increase investment in science and technology. We hope that young people will use technology and innovation to create unlimited possibilities and better serve every consumer and every small and micro enterprise."

According to public data, the annual investment in scientific research of ants reached 20.46 billion yuan in 2022, and the proportion of technical posts recruited by Ant Group on campus has reached at least 80 per cent for four consecutive years. On August 28, Ant Group was named Forbes China's "Best employer in China" for the second year in a row. the jury said that investment in scientific and technological innovation and cutting-edge technology research and development is one of the reasons why ants are recognized by industry experts and job seekers.

It is understood that on August 25, Ant Group officially opened the 2024 campus recruitment, opening 14 positions in 6 categories: technology, product, operation, design, risk strategy and synthesis.
