The new product adopts lightweight design, has a compact fuselage size and a full-picture image sensor with about 61 million effective pixels, which can achieve high-resolution image shooting. ILX-LR1 can take high-resolution, low-noise and wide dynamic range images, and can show details such as slight scratches and cracks on the subject during inspection. In the single shooting mode, users can choose to use the analog control signal as the trigger mode to achieve about 3 remote control shots per second, and the ground image acquisition can be completed quickly in a short time at high altitude. At the same time, ILX-LR1 can be used with more than 70 E-card lenses, and users can choose the right lens according to the project. High-resolution single photos taken at high altitude using ILX-LR1 can replace multiple photos taken by lower-resolution cameras.

The ILX-LR1 is a compact, lightweight full-frame extensible system remote control camera. It is about 100mm wide x 74mm high x 42.5mm deep and weighs about 243g (no display, viewfinder and battery). It is designed to meet the needs of industrial applications.

ILX-LR1 's small size and excellent features can be used in a variety of workplaces and uses, such as utilities, green energy, telecommunications, transportation, building and land management projects. The compact box camera has M3 screw holes on all six sides and can be mounted on drones, industrial equipment, robots or submersibles in different locations. In addition, it has a 4-20 UNC screw hole at the bottom and a USB Type-C and Micro HDMI interface on the back for easy installation and shooting.

Sony Camera Remote SDK allows users to access the camera menu and other functions remotely through an application. By integrating API into the system, users can remotely control the camera from the system, and realize the functions of changing camera settings, releasing shutter, real-time view monitoring and so on. In addition, the user's application can link the unique image ID to the UAV position data in post-processing, and can use the analog signal to trigger the capture of the image, greatly reducing the delay between each image and the UAV position data. With the new version 1.11 of SDK, when manual focus is used, the focus can be retrieved and adjusted to the desired location for highly repeatable and stable shooting. In addition, the lock switch prevents accidental misoperation caused by the back button.

In some remote application scenarios that require immediate response, such as capturing images at a specific time, the power and control terminals of ILX-LR1 can provide low-delay data communication for remote applications. The ILX-LR1 supports DC 10-18V power connections, which can be powered by UAV batteries to extend shooting time.
