CTOnews.com, September 5, according to Hong Kong media HKEPC, TP-Link took the lead in launching Wi-Fi 6e products in Hong Kong last year, and this year it launched its first Wi-Fi 7 router in Hong Kong again. The new Archer BE800 is now on the shelves at a price of 4899 Hong Kong dollars (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 4546 yuan).

According to reports, the TP-Link BE800 Wi-Fi 7 router is BE19000 specification, tri-band 19Gbps, equipped with Qualcomm quad-core 2.2GHz processor, with two 10G network ports and four 2.5G network ports. In terms of design, the front of the router is equipped with a LED array, which can display weather, time and other information.

IT House previously reported that TP-LINK launched six Wi-Fi 7 routers in mainland China in March this year, which had been planned to go on sale in the second quarter, but has not yet been available.

As shown in the figure above, TP-LINK 's first Wi-Fi 7 routers include BE 6400, BE 7200, and BE 13000, with 2-band 6-stream, 3-band 6-stream, 2-band 8-stream, and 3-band 12-stream options, and all bands support the Wi-Fi 7 protocol.

In terms of configuration, TP-LINK 's first batch of Wi-Fi 7 routers are equipped with Qualcomm's new generation of industrial Wi-Fi chips, A73 architecture, quad-core 2.2GHz CPU, and will have two specifications: 512MB memory + 128MB flash memory and 2GB memory + 256MB flash memory.

In terms of interface, this series of routers are minimum equipped with double 2.5G network ports, and the highest can be selected with double 10G network ports + four 2.5G network ports.
