The Action Plan mentions the need to cultivate and strengthen new growth points, and the virtual reality part should implement the Action Plan for the Integration and Development of Virtual reality and Industry applications (2022-2026), pay close attention to the strategic window period, enhance the core technological innovation capability of the virtual reality industry, and promote the continuous enrichment of virtual reality intelligent terminal products.

The audio-visual industry will study and formulate a new round of continuation policies to support the development of the audio-visual industry, speed up the cultivation of new growth points of audio-visual consumption, promote high-quality development in emerging fields such as vehicle audio-visual and commercial display, and accelerate the cultivation of consumer demand for OLED TV, Mini LED, 8K, 75-inch and above high-end display products.

In addition, the Action Plan also mentioned that it is necessary to encourage the construction of data infrastructure and artificial intelligence infrastructure to meet the needs of artificial intelligence and large model applications, increase the popularization rate of Beidou applications, promote the industrialization, marketization and large-scale development of Beidou, promote the expansion of applications such as AMOLED, Micro-LED, 3D display and laser display, and support accelerated paperless alternative applications such as liquid crystal panels and electronic paper. We will promote the innovative application of "intelligent photovoltaic + energy storage" in the fields of industry, agriculture, construction, transportation and new energy vehicles.
