Referring to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Meituan announced on February 23 this year that its urban low-altitude logistics solution had been approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China and obtained the "letter of approval for the trial operation of specific types of drones" and the "General Aviation Enterprise Operation license" issued by the department.

Official data show that by the end of August 2023, Meituan drones had landed in seven business districts and 17 routes in Shenzhen, Shanghai and other cities, and could provide drone delivery services to 14 community office buildings and four 5A-class scenic spots. more than 184,000 user orders have been completed.
