Microsoft points out that it will add a prompt at the top to ask users if they want to translate the email.

The web version of Outlook will also provide options such as always translate email and never translate email, and will record user preferences. Once the translation is complete, Outlook will cache the data for 15 days, so users do not have to translate the email again and can see the translated version during the trip.
