CTOnews.com Sept. 5, Nintendo and Niantic quietly launched a browser-based AR game called "Pikmin Finder" to tie in with the Nintendo Live event in Seattle.

CTOnews.com learned officially that the game can be played through any mobile browser, App, and is suitable for phones and tablets with cameras, where players simply search the ground for budding Pickmin and swipe their fingers to pull them out. Once players have found all Pickmin of a certain type (usually 2-3), they can use Pikmin to find treasure, such as rubber ducks, cakes, and so on.

It is worth mentioning that Nintendo Live 2024 Tokyo will be held at the Tokyo International Exhibition Hall from January 20 to 21, 2024, including not only live performances, but also the first Nintendo World Championships. "Jet Warrior 3" and "Nintendo Star Battle Special Edition" will also hold team events. The Jet Warrior 3 team competition will be held on the first day. The competition of "Nintendo Star Battle Special Edition" will be divided into the ordinary group and the primary school group. The pupil group was conducted on the first day and the ordinary group on the second day.
