Zhou Yushan claimed that the road test of Guangzhou Intelligent Network Union vehicles will be carried out according to the idea of hierarchical management, including different scenarios such as 1-2-3 general roads and 1-2-3 urban expressways, and each test will have specific and perfect management processes and technical solutions.

At the same time, Zhou Yushan said that as early as 2021, Guangzhou took the lead in putting forward the working concept of "mixed pilot" of intelligent network vehicles in the country, and established a mixed policy system of "one vehicle and one vehicle". At present, the pilot area has participated in the demonstration and operation of 54 vehicles, with a total effective operating time of 71500 hours and effective operating mileage of 1.6158 million km.
