CTOnews.com September 4 news, Adobe said in an email today that it will shut down its Creative Cloud automatic file synchronization service next year, stop its individual user Creative Cloud automatic synchronization service on February 1, 2024, and stop its business user Creative Cloud automatic synchronization service on October 1, 2024. In addition, new Creative Cloud users will not be able to access file synchronization after October 1, 2023.

▲ Source Adobe officially announced that all users' Creative Cloud sync file service will be terminated, and after February 1, 2024, Adobe will begin to terminate Creative Cloud sync files for all free and paid individual users who are not related to Creative Cloud Enterprise or Creative Cloud team Business Edition accounts.

After October 1, 2024, Adobe will terminate the Creative Cloud sync file business edition program, which includes Creative Cloud team Edition and Creative Cloud Enterprise Edition.

The Creative Cloud folders on the user's computer will not be automatically synchronized after that.

Files uploaded to "assets.adobe.com and Creative Cloud Mobile App" will no longer be automatically synchronized to the computer.

Users can no longer access previously uploaded files or files and folders shared by other users.

After inquiry, CTOnews.com learned that officials now recommend users to use "cloud documents" and Creative Cloud Libraries, or third-party cloud disk software to manage their Photoshop, Illustrator and other documents.

Officials say that if users need to migrate files right now, they can find the local "Creative Cloud files" folder in the following directory:
