The Mexican Space Agency cooperates with Hong Kong Aerospace Science and Technology to approach Mexican enterprises in the aerospace field to explore opportunities for cooperation.

Exchange information on the technical capabilities related to the development of products and services provided by Hong Kong Aerospace Science and Technology.

Exchange of information and data in other aerospace areas; training of students, experts and professionals; holding meetings and joint projects.

In order to carry out the cooperation project under the strategic cooperation agreement, the contractor may sign a specific cooperation agreement with clear details, such as the objectives of the project, the functions and responsibilities of the contractor, the nature and scope of the cooperation activities, etc.

In order to cooperate, each contracting party will receive experts, scholars or scientists from another contracting party to participate in the agreed implementation activities.

If applicable, the parties will provide necessary import and export support to each other for the goods and ╱ or services required for the implementation of the cooperation activities under the Strategic Cooperation Agreement in accordance with the relevant conditions prescribed by the competent authorities.
