Lu Weibing, partner and president of Xiaomi Group, has revealed that Xiaomi car-building is progressing very smoothly, and even some recent progress has far exceeded expectations.

Lu Weibing said that the actual investment of Xiaomi car is even greater. Xiaomi is to do the long-term layout of the car with the goal of entering the top five in the world in the future, to do self-research, and to build its own car factory, so the investment in cash flow is even higher than the disclosed figure.

Recently, a series of photos about car construction posted by Lu Weibing and Xiaomi founder Lei Jun on Weibo have also sparked heated debate.
