CTOnews.com September 2 news, Asustek memory sub-brand Asustor recently released the AS54 series NAS, equipped with Intel N5105 processor, built-in four M.2 SSD sockets, optional dual mechanical hard drive bit model (AS5402T) and quad mechanical hard drive bit model (AS5404T).

In terms of price, the AS5402T is 3599 yuan (excluding the plate) and the AS5404T is 4599 yuan (excluding the plate).

According to IT House, the AS54 series uses Intel N5105 quad-core processors, and the performance of Ruipi up to 2.9 GHz,N5105 is 31% higher than that of the previous generation CPU. It also comes with 4 GB DDR4-2933 memory, 20% better than the performance of the DDR4-2400.

The AS54 series NAS is equipped with up to four M.2 slots for NVMe SSD and supports PCIe 3.0 SSD. In addition, the AS54 series is equipped with dual 2.5G ports to support link aggregation and SMB multi-channel at a combined speed of up to 5 Gbps. The NAS comes with three USB 3.2 Gen2x1 ports that provide up to 10 Gbps of performance. The product also supports 10-bit 4K H.265 decoding through a check display, and video output and playback through the accompanying HDMI port.
