According to reports, the new ROG Ranger 2 series of mechanical keyboards have made a number of upgrades in design, adding the configuration of sound-absorbing foam at the bottom to improve sound effects and reduce jitter.

In addition, the mechanical keyboard is also equipped with a multi-function knob switch to support custom key functions and quickly adjust the volume and other settings; with more shortcut key designs, more quick functions can be achieved; at the same time, the mechanical keyboard also uses a key-line separation design.

CTOnews.com noted that the ROG Ranger 2 series offers optional versions of RX optical axis and NX mechanical axis.

Among them, the RX optical axis adopts X structure stabilizer, four-corner fixed base and square crater design, which can effectively reduce the key cap jitter and increase the key stability.

In addition, the RX optical axis also provides both red and blue feel. The RX red axis adopts the linear shaft design with 1.5mm key path and 45g trigger pressure, while the RX blue shaft is designed with 30g initial pressure + 65g driving resistance.

The NX mechanical shaft version provides two different feel options: the snow white axis and the mysterious ice storm gray axis.

Among them, the NX Xuewu white shaft adopts 45g trigger pressure + 3.6mm short key range design, the touch is light, with double wall design, it can improve the stability of the shaft body; the ice storm ash shaft has a crisp sense of falling experience, 3.6mm short key range + 40g initial pressure design.

The new ROG Ranger 2 series wired mechanical keyboard will officially go on sale on September 9, and the price information has not been announced yet.
