CTOnews.com, August 31, according to the China manned Space Office, China will successively carry out four missions in 2024, including Tianzhou 7 cargo spacecraft, Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft, Tianzhou 8 cargo spacecraft, and Shenzhou 19 manned spacecraft. The China manned Space Engineering Office is now launching the annual manned mission identification solicitation activity.

According to reports, the solicitation contents include the Tianzhou 7 mission, the Shenzhou 18 manned mission, the Tianzhou 8 mission, and the Shenzhou 19 manned mission logo design scheme (including design exposition). All natural persons, legal persons and organizations who love China's manned spaceflight can participate.

The solicitation activities are organized and implemented according to the five links: announcement, preliminary selection, online voting, final selection and announcement of results. The activities attached to CTOnews.com are arranged as follows:

(1) to issue a public announcement. A solicitation notice will be issued to the public, and the solicitation will close at 24:00 on September 30, 2023.

(2) preliminary selection. The organization conducted a preliminary review of the solicitation works, and no more than 10 schemes were selected for the shortlist.

(3) online voting. For the shortlist of the primary, a 7-day online vote was organized on the special page of the official website of the manned space project (the result of the online vote is only used as a reference factor for the final selection).

(4) the final selection. Organize and set up an evaluation team composed of experts in the fields of aerospace, literature, art and art design, synthesize the expert evaluation opinions and the results of network voting, and select a final design plan for each mission.

(5) the announcement of the results. The 2024 manned space mission logo was officially released to the public.

General standards (1) Creative requirements

Mission logo design should fully reflect Chinese elements, manned spaceflight characteristics and mission characteristics, with distinct scientific, technological and artistic implications, and properly consider the systematicness, coordination and continuity of the four mission marks, so as to facilitate identification, memory and promotion.

(2) formal norms

1. The work needs to be made electronically through image production software (such as Photoshop, AI, etc.), and the submitted work must be a clear color picture. Resolution is not less than 300dpi, color mode is RGB, export format is jpg or png format

Activity rules (1) the contributing work shall be original by the contributor, and the contributor shall ensure that he has the complete copyright of the work, and there is no transfer or transfer of copyright to others, if it involves joint cooperation, work on duty or other different status of ownership, shall be deemed to be bound by the partner, unit or other right holder.

(2) the participants should agree that the organizers of the solicitation activities can modify and draw lessons from the participating works to form the final formal use of the task logo.

(3) if a contributed work has a legal dispute due to the protection of the rights of portrait, reputation, honor, privacy, copyright, trademark, etc., or due to the right defect or false, illegal, improper, or other unreasonable reasons, all legal liabilities shall be borne by the contributor and the organizer reserves the right to cancel its qualification for contribution and recover the awards won.

(4) the contribution must be submitted for the first time, and all contributors shall not transfer or authorize the contribution to a third party, nor shall they contribute to a third party before the announcement of the results of the evaluation of the solicitation.

(5) contributors must keep their own manuscripts and design source documents. Once they have submitted, they will not be rejected.

(6) once the submitted work is finally employed by the organizer, it is necessary to sign a copyright (free) transfer contract and hand over the manuscript and design source documents, and all rights to the submitted work and related materials shall belong to the organizer.

(7) the right of final interpretation of this event belongs to the organizer.

Submission method (1) the contributor / unit downloads the "2024 manned Space Mission Identification solicitation activity Information filling form" and completes the completion, and sends the filling form and logo design drawing as an email attachment in the form of a compressed file named with "xx Mission ID + name + Mobile number" (for example: Shenzhou 18 Mission ID + Liu Zekang + 13xxxxxxxxx).

(2) if you complete multiple task identification designs, please form a compressed file on a task-by-task basis and send it as an email attachment.

(3) all submitted e-mails are named after "2024 manned Space Mission + name + Mobile number" and will be sent to the official email address: contact-cmsa@cmse.gov.cn before the deadline. Please do not send them repeatedly.
