(4) the contribution must be submitted for the first time, and all contributors shall not transfer or authorize the contribution to a third party, nor shall they contribute to a third party before the announcement of the results of the evaluation of the solicitation.

(5) contributors must keep their own manuscripts. Once they have submitted their manuscripts, they will not be rejected.

(6) once the submitted work is finally employed by the organizer, it is necessary to sign a copyright (free) transfer contract, and all rights of the submitted work and its related materials shall belong to the organizer.

(7) the right of final interpretation of this event belongs to the organizer.
