CTOnews.com, August 31 (Xinhua)-- Google announced today that it will hold a new product launch on October 4, which is expected to launch the Pixel 8 series of phones and the second generation Pixel Watch smartwatch. Before Google's official launch, two models of the Pixel 8 series had already appeared in FCC regulators.

According to FCC certification documents, there are five models of GKWS6, G9BQD, GZPF0, GPJ41 and G1MNW, for different versions of Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro phones.

Pixel 8 models include GZPF0, G9BQD, GKWS6 and GPJ41, none of which mention UWB, while GZPF0 models support mmWave 5G networks, while other models do not.

The Pixel 8 Pro model is G1MNW and supports UWB, Wi-Fi 6e, Sub6 and mmWave 5G networks.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the Pixel 8 series will be equipped with a Tensor G3 processor, and the front of the Pro version will be equipped with a 6.7inch Samsung OLED display with a resolution of 2992 × 1344, support 120Hz refresh rate, brightness up to 1600nits (uncertain whether it is peak brightness), pixel density 490PPI.

In terms of image, Google Pixel 8 Pro rear 5000 megapixel GN2 camera + 6400 megapixel IMX787 ultra wide angle lens + 4800 megapixel GM5 telephoto lens, front 1080 megapixel 3J1 lens.
