The 2023 Forbes China Best employer Annual list has been officially released a few days ago. Cainiao was named as the "2023 Forbes China Best ESG practice employer of the year" and is the only logistics company on the list.

The selection lasted 4 months, with nearly 500 enterprises participating in the selection and about 100000 people participating in the survey. The selection dimension is based on the dual attention of both employers and employees, and feedback is obtained by means of public registration, questionnaire survey and so on. Experts and scholars in various fields are invited to evaluate and examine the enterprises from the perspective of diversification, so as to ensure the independence and professionalism of the selection.

In the selection, Cainiao, as the only selected logistics company, stands out from nearly 500 enterprises by virtue of its advantages in green logistics, social responsibility and employee security.

Based on the concept of ESG to reality, Cainiao has realized full-link green logistics through digital advantages, promoting the realization of logistics carbon reduction goals and system transformation from the five main logistics link links of order, packaging, transportation, warehousing and recycling, leading the industry and consumers to reduce packaging materials and transport energy consumption. In fiscal year 2023, only rookie stations digitally recorded the number of cartons recycled and reused reached 23.82 million.

Cainiao emergency logistics system has reached cooperation with 28 public welfare organizations, including the China Rural Development Foundation, and launched a public welfare material tracking system. The whole process visual material tracking system helps public welfare organizations to achieve digital upgrading and better assume social responsibility. As of March 31, 2023, Cainiao has delivered more than 300 million pieces of medical and daily necessities to more than 150 countries and regions around the world.

Talent as an important cornerstone of the sustainable development of rookies, under the background of globalization, industrialization and mathematical intelligence, rookies have created a working atmosphere of equality, simplicity, trust, mutual stimulation and appreciation, and always pay attention to the well-being of employees.
