CTOnews.com August 30, Samsung Electronics announced today that the SDC 2023 event (Samsung developer Conference) will be held on October 5, 2023 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, USA. This is Samsung's ninth developer conference since it began hosting it in 2013.

Last year, Samsung developer Conference (2022) was open only to invitees. However, anyone can register for SDC 2023 in advance this year. At this meeting, Samsung will focus on the functions of Bixby, commercial Knox, SmartThings and Tizen.

JH Han, vice chairman, CEO and head of Samsung's device experience (DX) division, will outline the company's vision in a keynote speech at the event, according to the sammobile website. Attendees can learn more about Samsung's software ecosystem, including Bixby, Matter, One UI 6, Samsung Health, SmartThings, Tizen, etc. Developers can also participate in the actual coding through the "code lab" and get guidance on various topics from Samsung developers.
