It is reported that the two cases will be heard in Shanghai Yangpu District people's Court on October 11 and November 8.

CTOnews.com noted that this is not the first time bilibili has been sued by South Korean television for infringement. In 2021, Korea Cultural Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (MBC TV) sued bilibili for "copyright ownership and infringement disputes." On November 14 last year, China's Huatze Pictures also sued bilibili for infringing the broadcast of his TV series "the True Little Monk" produced 25 years ago.
