Get-Transportservice -Identity ServerName |fl *DNS*

If there is a configuration, set it to null using the following command, and then test the mail flow again:

Set-TransportService -ExternalDNSAdapterEnabled $true -ExternalDNSServers $null

Method 2:

If method 1, does not work, in the run, enter: services.msc, open the service manager, find the IIS Admin Service service, restart the service, and then restart the server, if there are multiple front ends, restart the service and restart the server.
