Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen Brother Black fly's left hand clue delivery! CTOnews.com, August 29 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft began supporting Bing Chat Enterprise in the Windows Copilot preview, a new feature that will allow eligible business customers to access Bing Chat Enterprise directly from the Windows Copilot panel, but need to join the Windows Insider developer channel. Some Insider on the Beta channel may also get this feature, the Windows Insider team said today.

Bing Chat Enterprise Edition is already available for Microsoft 365 commercial customers in the bing.com and Edge sidebars, but it currently needs to be enabled by IT administrators. Compared with the regular version of Bing Chat, the Enterprise Edition provides stronger protection for business data, chat logs will be disabled, and Microsoft will not retain users' questions and answers, nor will it use them to train its own large language model.

"for your employees, the experience will be very similar to the existing Bing Chat experience-the brand will become Bing Chat Enterprise, and there will be a reminder every time you ask a question that personal and corporate data is protected." The Windows Insider team explained.

With the release of the Windows Copilot preview, Windows 11 will get a new artificial intelligence assistant that can use Bing Chat and Microsoft 365Copilot directly from the desktop. Soon, Windows Copilot will also be able to connect to third-party services through plug-ins, which ChatGPT already supports.

Windows Copilot is expected to be rolled out to all users this fall along with the 23H2 update for Windows 11, which is currently being tested on Beta. CTOnews.com noted that Microsoft will hold an event on September 22 to discuss its latest artificial intelligence innovation, when we may hear more about Windows Copilot.
