According to officials, AIGC and VIP subscriptions have driven Meitu's net profit growth to 320.4% compared with the same period last year, and continue to innovate in areas such as AI images, AI videos, AI design and so on. In addition, the net profit of returning home in the first half of this year was 228 million yuan, turning losses into profits in the first half of last year.

In terms of R & D, officials said that they spent 294 million yuan on R & D in the first half of this year, an increase of 10.8% over the same period last year, and released the self-developed AI visual model "fantasy intelligence". The next strategic focus will be on productivity and globalization.

Wu Xinhong, founder, chairman and CEO of Meitu, said that Meitu's products now have AIGC as the core, and the number of VIP members has reached 7.2 million. In the 15th year of the establishment of the company, the product has completed the change from life scene to productivity scene.
