Among the provinces with software business income of TOP5, the software income of Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanghai is 1.414 trillion yuan, 1.1479 trillion yuan, 743.1 billion yuan, 674.9 billion yuan and 555.2 billion yuan respectively. The software business income of 15 vice-provincial central cities across the country reached 3.1811 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.1% over the same period last year.

Of this total, the revenue from cloud computing and big data services totaled 640.9 billion yuan, up 16.2 percent over the same period last year, accounting for 14.9 percent of the information technology service revenue; the integrated circuit design revenue was 167.9 billion yuan, up 3.3 percent over the same period last year; and the revenue from e-commerce platform technical services was 570.7 billion yuan, up 7.7 percent from the same period last year.

The income of information security has increased steadily. From January to July, revenue from information security products and services totaled 104.3 billion yuan, an increase of 10.3 percent over the same period last year.

The growth rate of embedded system software revenue fell slightly. From January to July, the revenue of embedded system software was 554.9 billion yuan, an increase of 11.4% over the same period last year.

The software business income of the four regions accounted for 82.8%, 4.9%, 10.1% and 2.2% of the total national income, respectively.

Among them, the growth rate of software business income in Chengdu, Jinan, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Dalian, Shenyang and Shenzhen exceeds that of the industry as a whole.
