CTOnews.com, August 28 (Xinhua) Apple CEO Tim Cook recently created a personal account on Instagram, his third social network account after Twitter and Weibo. Previously, other Apple executives, such as Phil Schiller, have joined Meta's Instagram.

It is reported that Cook's Instagram account is @ tim.d.cook, which was founded in July 2023. He has posted only two tweets so far, one is two photos taken with iPhone to celebrate World Photography Day, and the other is a 30-second commercial for an event with 3DPets. The account has been followed by Apple Vice Presidents Lisa Jackson and Allen Day, confirming its authenticity.

However, Cook has not yet used Threads.

Although Cook met with Twitter CEO Elon Musk at Apple Park earlier this year, Musk's relationship with Apple is complicated because Musk often criticizes Apple's App Store, which is probably one of the reasons Apple executive Phil Schiller left Twitter to join Threads.
