CTOnews.com August 28 news, BYD Electronics announced on August 28, August 26, the company and the seller Jepp Circuit (Singapore) Co., Ltd. entered into an acquisition framework agreement, according to which the seller conditionally agreed to sell, and the company conditionally agreed (by itself or its designated affiliates) to acquire Juno Newco Target Holdco Singapore Pte for a consideration of about 15.8 billion yuan. 100% equity in Ltd. (target company).

The target company is a private limited company registered in Singapore in August this year. After the completion of the restructuring, it will have product manufacturing operations located in Chengdu and Wuxi, including the parts manufacturing business of existing customers, which will be carried out by the seller and its affiliated companies. As the target company is a newly incorporated company and is not engaged in any commercial activities, as at the date of the announcement, there are no significant assets and liabilities in the accounts of the target company.
