Google calls the new design "refresh 2023," and there are few major changes in the browser interface, basically replacing sharp corners with rounded corners, adding new colors to some buttons, and so on.

Open chrome://flags

In Chrome, search for "refresh 2023" and enable all flags related to the new design, such as # chrome-refresh-2023 and # chrome-webui-refresh-2023

Restart the browser

At present, the new look of Google Chrome browser uses a material design that is consistent with the Mica effect of Windows 11. I believe most users who will like the look of Win11 will like this design.

Of course, the new look of Chrome is still in the experimental stage, and there may be some Bug in the overall experience.
