CTOnews.com August 26, Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar, was asked about the launch date of "GTA6" in an interview with CNBC. While he reiterated his desire to leave announcements of this nature to Rockstar himself, he hinted that 2025 would be a very good fiscal year for them, with total revenues expected to reach $8 billion.

CTOnews.com learned in an interview that Strauss Zelnick said Take-Two had "broad prospects for fiscal year 2025" and called it a "very exciting moment", but did not give any specific name.

When asked about the development cost of GTA 6, he said he believed the game would make a lot of money. "Grand Theft Auto series is probably the most profitable series in game history. We focus on cost, of course, we have a three-part strategy. To be the most creative, innovative and efficient... there is no doubt that games like Grand Theft Auto always bring high profits." He said.
