CTOnews.com August 26 news, news source Majin Bu yesterday tweeted, said from anonymous sources, Apple plans to hold a fall special event on September 12, will release the iPhone 15 series of mobile phones.

Majin Bu said he was unable to confirm 100% of the authenticity of the message at this time, but shared a screenshot of the relevant one, in which the NPI in the picture stands for New Product Launch.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Bloomberg's Mark Gulman tweeted earlier this month that Apple had a high probability of holding an event on September 12.

Gulman previously reported that the new iPhone will begin accepting pre-orders on Friday, September 15, and will be officially available a week later on September 22.

In addition to the iPhone 15 series, the September event is expected to include models such as the new Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2, as well as final details and release dates for iOS 17 and related operating systems, and possibly other announcements.
