CTOnews.com reported on August 25 that Yiwei Lithium could release its 2023 semi-annual report, with a total revenue of 22.9757229 billion yuan, an increase of 53.93% over the same period last year, of which the revenue of power batteries was 12.1194234 billion yuan, an increase of 71.92% over the same period last year, and that of energy storage batteries was 7.0717241 billion yuan, an increase of 120.17% over the same period last year. The net profit belonging to the shareholders of the listed company was 2.150924 billion yuan, an increase of 58.27% over the same period last year, of which the net profit attributed to the shareholders of the parent company was 1.9265809 billion yuan, an increase of 109.28% over the same period last year.

CTOnews.com noted that Yiwei LiNeng's 46 series of large cylindrical battery products have won customer intentional orders totaling about 472.31GWh in the next five years. At present, the company has completed part of the production capacity construction of 46 series ternary high specific energy batteries, and recently completed the production of 1 million 46 series ternary high specific energy batteries, formally realizing commercial delivery and application. The completion of 20GWh capacity is expected to be completed within this year, and the construction arrangements for super-50GWh in Shenyang, Chengdu, Hungary and other places are planned.

During the reporting period, Yiwei lithium power battery shipments reached 12.65GWh, an increase of 79.46% over the same period last year, while energy storage battery shipments reached 8.98GWh, an increase of 102.30% over the same period last year.

In addition, Yiwei Lithium can sign a cooperation agreement with the American customer ABS to produce and deliver 13.389GWh square lithium iron phosphate batteries to ABS according to the agreement; the subsidiary Yiwei Power has signed a battery product procurement agreement with the American customer Powin for the production and delivery of 10GWh square lithium iron phosphate batteries to Powin.
