According to the media report, the black version of the second-generation Galaxy SmartTag tracker is MPN and the white version of MPN is EI-T5600BWEGEU. In addition, there will be a four-piece set (2 black + 2 white) and MPN number EI-T5600KWEGEU.

Samsung's original Galaxy SmartTag Standard Edition supports Bluetooth, and there is also a Plus version that supports UWB, while in the second generation Galaxy SmartTag there is no longer a distinction between the two technologies, both Bluetooth and UWB are supported by default.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the Galaxy SmartTag is a Bluetooth tracker launched by Samsung, similar to the Tile or AirTag, which can be used to find nearby items, such as keys and wallets. The previous version could only be used with Samsung phones. The new device will include Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, which can locate the device more accurately. When the device is far away, you need to rely on the nearby smartphone network to update the location information.
