Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.

I am Chen Yaojian from Chongqing, and I am also one of the tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in Nail Ecology. I am very happy to be here today to share with you a few short stories about my entrepreneurial journey.

In 2018, at that time, I had not yet started to make nails. At that time, I started a business in Chengdu to build a women's shoes supply chain platform. We built a cloud warehouse. There were about 10,000 pairs of shoes and hundreds of SKU in our daily inventory. Our daily volume of goods in and out of the warehouse was about 1000 pieces. In the earliest days, we used the Excel table to manage daily shipments and reconcile with suppliers. There are often cases of incorrect delivery or errors with suppliers.

I wanted to use a digital system to manage our business instead of Excel, so I found a professional development team at that time. It took me more than half a year to build this system and fix it all the time, and then the epidemic suddenly came. So before the system is fully operational, the project is already dead.

At this time, I am deeply aware of the uncertainty of the external environment, if we use the traditional way of development will be very cumbersome, we need a new and more agile tool to adapt to our business.

Two months ago, we served a ship surveying enterprise, their company probably has more than 50 people, before their business uses a very cumbersome PC system, so they have to run back and forth to the office and operate on computers when they want to handle business. Later, they want to use a more agile and efficient mobile system to manage the business. They found a development company, which also takes more than half a year. I was very anxious when I heard about this. I felt that they were in the same predicament as I was in starting a business at that time. So I took the initiative to contact the customer and recommended to him to use the nail low code to help them do the business management system, and fortunately the customer gladly accepted my suggestion. We used the nailed low code in less than 20 days to build a business lifecycle management system for them to measure, audit, license and logistics management from offline monitoring to data submission.

We spent less than 20 days and spent less than 5% of their budget on the cost, so the customers were very grateful to us and sent us banners and offered to give us more money. This is the first time that I have met a customer to send us a brocade flag since I started my business, and for the first time I have met a customer who told us that the boss increased the money.

So there are more than 40 million such small and medium-sized enterprises in China are making digital transformation, they may not know much about technology as in this case I just mentioned, and then they do not have specialized IT personnel, nor do they have a sufficient budget. As a practitioner, I am very grateful that scientific and technological advances have brought advanced productivity tools such as low code. If there is no nailing low code, this is another road of transformation that can not afford to wait and consume.

We have also served a national chain of catering enterprises, and their digital infrastructure has been done very well, but because of their large number of employees and complicated management, they have been fined several times because their health certificates have expired. I once learned about this when I was chatting with their CIO. I told the CIO of this enterprise that your problem is very simple. It only takes us half a year to solve this problem with low code. Then he said it was impossible. He had known before that it would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to purchase a professional document management system on the market, and even if he developed it himself, it would cost about 200000.

After I came back, it took less than two hours for the technical students to put online a document management system. From the time their employees joined the job, we entered their documents into the system. When the documents were about to expire, we used nails to push the early warning information of the expiration of the documents to them. The customer thought it was really great after reading it. He was very happy to tell me that he did not expect us to be "sick" for many years. It took you only half a day to cure the disease.

In my opinion, reducing cost and increasing efficiency is the core demand of enterprises in an uncertain era, and customers will only pay for products that are low-cost and can bring benefits to him quickly.

The emergence of low code has changed the way we work and the way we think. The universal and open technology also lowers the threshold of digitization. More and more service providers can get rapid business growth even from scratch. At the same time, our barrier to serving customers is no longer IT technology, and full code does not seem more superior than low code at this time. What we are looking at at this time is who understands the customer's needs better and who can go deeper into the customer's business scenario will be able to seize the opportunity.

In this way, we are forced to maintain a lifelong learning attitude and have a deep understanding of the needs of customers in every segment of the industry. For enterprises, low code only takes two or three years, turning everyone as a developer into a reality. As digital beneficiaries, we have also witnessed the process of customers' skepticism, acceptance and love of low code from the very beginning. It also makes me see and believe in the future of this track.

Relying on nails and low code, it only took us more than a year to achieve an annual revenue of more than 10 million, in which the revenue of low code exceeded 30%, and our average delivery cycle per project was shortened to 15 days. and our entire business and team has maintained a growth rate of more than 200% every year, which is something we could not imagine when we were doing traditional software development before. In the past two years, our team has also grown much faster than traditional manufacturers with the help of nailed APaaS low code, BPaaS cool applications, IPaaS connectors and DPaaS data consoles.

Many years ago, there was a book entitled "IT is no longer important", but now IT is still important, but with the inclusion of science and technology, technology is no longer the threshold of digitalization, and low code deserves to become the digital standard for every enterprise, and it also deserves to become a necessary choice for every service provider to face the customized needs of many customers.

With the maturity of the general large model capability this year, the wave of AI intelligence based on the large model is also sweeping in. As a practitioner of the enterprise digital track, I am very happy to see the opportunities brought by technology upgrades. If low code lowers the threshold for development, then AI + low code will revolutionize the way of development. In the past, we needed interactive students to build forms for customers one by one based on their understanding of customer business scenarios. In the era of AI, we could directly use natural language interaction to make AI based on the understanding of the underlying business logic of thousands of industries to help us directly understand the basic work. In this way, our interaction efficiency will be greatly improved, and our delivery efficiency to major customers can also be faster. At the same time, the simple business scenarios of small and medium-sized customers do not even require human interaction, which sounds like science fiction and the future, but what I want to say is that the future has come!
