Microsoft offered a workaround for the "check for updates" button to disappear in the "Settings" interface: open the Windows terminal > enter the USOClient StartInteractiveScan command. It says that the command performs the same function as clicking the check for updates button.

No interface is displayed after running the command. To check whether the operation was successful, run the command when you open the settings interface for check for updates. When the update is complete, the check for updates button will reappear.

New features in this version are as follows:

The new setup page: the home page will provide quick access to device information and some recommended options, and on the right is the Microsoft account management interface. Specifically, it includes recommendations, cloud storage usage, account recovery, personalization, subscription status and management of Microsoft 365 and Xbox, and Bluetooth devices.
