It is reported that the US customer satisfaction Index (ACSI), a national indicator of the quality of economic output of goods and services, was developed by the University of Michigan and helps track customer satisfaction of more than 400 major companies in the United States. CTOnews.com learned from the chart that Lexus scored 84 out of 100 last year. This year, the company fell 1 point to 83, while Tesla rose from 79 to 83, tied for first place with Lexus.
